Maintenance
While very simple to operate, the Aeroneb Go is manufactured using highly sophisticated manufacturing techniques, and is a precision medical device. The manufacturer has the best warranty program in the business.

The Aeroneb Go must be cleaned after each use to maintain the maximum efficiency, and to ensure the life of the OnQ™ Generator:

When at home, wash the Aeroneb Go with warm water and mild soap, air dry, reassemble, and repack for the next use.
When on the go, it is the “best practice” to carry saline solution to run through the Aeroneb Go after use away from home.

Reimbursement
Any information 3D medical provides regarding insurance reimbursement serves as guidelines for how to proceed, but we can't guarantee any reimbursement.

Sales Tax
3D Medical will not charge sales tax to our customers until required by law to do so. The current policy is not to charge sales tax in any state other than Washington, where we are based. All states besides Washington are currently tax free.
